Our initial sessions are dedicated to assessing your current strengths and weaknesses. This allows us to create a personalized training plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

Targeted
Every sport has different acceleration and deceleration patterns that we will work to perfect. We will enhance motor patterns in order to reduce injuries and increase overall athleticism. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome current weaknesses.

Intergrative
You will be provided a detailed training program with daily tasks to accomplish to help us keep moving forward. Integrating training into your daily life to help you overcome obstacles currently holding you back from achieving your true potential. We will meet 1-3 times a week depending on your program and needs in order to continue to progress towards your goals.
